Krav Maga
Krav Maga is a practical approach to self defence built around awareness, decision making and effective responses under pressure. Training covers striking, groundwork, grappling, weapons, multiple attackers and third-party protection, with an emphasis on realistic situations and the challenges we may face in our communities.
We learn to recognise danger, avoid it where possible and, when things go wrong, create a way out.
You’ll develop practical self defence skills while building fitness, confidence, resilience and the ability to stay calm when situations become unpredictable.
At Grounded Self Defence and Movement in Adelaide, we adapt our Krav Maga training to the person, not just the technique. Our progressive, age appropriate approach helps adults, teens and kids become more aware, capable and confident.
