Grounded Yoga & Pilates classes continue as per usual at the Stradbroke Scout Hall, Rostrevor until early October 2026, when we begin the fit out for the new studio [exact dates to be confirmed].

We thank our existing clients for your patience during this exciting time as Travis & I consolidate our Grounded Yoga & Pilates and Grounded Krav Maga businesses with minimal disruption to you.
