Grounded Yoga & Pilates classes continue as per usual at the Stradbroke Scout Hall, Rostrevor until 12 October 2026. From Monday 12 October all classes will shift to 1/443 Magill Rd, St Morris.

To our existing clients, thank you for your ongoing support. You’ll notice timetable additions and pricing changes, however, your existing pricing remains in place until the end of 2026. We will be in touch with instructions on how to access this when booking online.
