ADF employees and people active in the Reserves are eligible for a concession. Please send an email request with your name, service and rank, or speak to us face-to-face in the studio.

If you are a current emergency services employee [police, fire, ambulance] or do on-call shift work in a public hospital emergency department you are eligible for a concession rate. Active emergency services volunteers [eg. CFS] are also included. Please send an email request with your name, service and position/rank, or make an in-person request at the studio.

Health Care Card holders are eligible for a concession. Please email a photo of your card or show it to us next time you’re in the studio and we’ll apply the concession rate to your account.

Concession rate applies to full time and part time university or college students, TAFE students and apprentices. Please email a copy of your Student ID or show it to us when you’re next in the studio and we’ll apply the concession to your account.

ADF veterans are eligible for a concession - either send your request via email or have a chat with us in the studio and we will apply the rate to your account.
